We’re Amber Lee and Mark Howe, and after years of searching for the perfect location, we finally found it—an incredible historic building that’s now home to The Cheese Press.

Driven by a passion for fine food and drink, I’ve studied with both the Academy of Cheese and The Guild of Fine Food to deepen my knowledge and appreciation of all things cheese.

At The Cheese Press, we proudly showcase the best in locally produced cheeses, complemented by a carefully curated selection of exceptional accompaniments.
