We cut all of our cheeses fresh to order, we give our softs 5 to 7 days best before and all hards 10 to 14 days.
Orders placed after midday Friday will be despatched on Monday for next day delivery. We use a next day courier service - so we send out courier deliveries Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to arrive Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
