Delivery

We deliver throughout the UK, with standard delivery costing £4.99 and free delivery on orders over £30.

For eligible orders, you can choose your preferred delivery date when ordering. We take great care to pack our cheese for its journey and recommend refrigerating it as soon as possible after arrival.

You can also choose free collection from The Cheese Press in Richmond, North Yorkshire. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Returns & Problems With Your Order

As most of our cheeses and fresh products are perishable, they cannot normally be returned simply because you've changed your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect or not as described, please get in touch as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — and we'll put it right. We may ask for a photograph of the product and packaging to help us understand what has happened.

For non-perishable products, different return rights may apply.
