Made by Jake Goldstein at Primrose Creamery on the Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire. A small, soft raw cow’s milk cheese with a delicate orange rind, fresh citrus notes and a buttery centre that softens as it matures.

Keep refrigerated in its original wrapping and follow the date on the label. Remove from the fridge around an hour before serving. The texture will soften and the flavour deepen as the cheese ripens.
