Made by Jake Goldstein at Primrose Creamery on the Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire. A soft raw cow’s milk cheese enriched with Jersey cream, with a mousse-like texture that becomes rich and spreadable as it ripens.

Keep refrigerated in its original wrapping and follow the date on the label. Remove from the fridge around an hour before serving. The cheese becomes softer and its flavour deepens as it ripens.
