Peaks & Pastures
From Alpine meadows to the rolling pastures of Britain, Peaks & Pastures brings together four wonderfully distinctive cheeses with plenty of character.
Floral Alp Blossom sits alongside rich, raw-milk Stichelton, nettle-wrapped Cornish Yarg and gloriously gooey Langres. From gentle and buttery through to bold, blue and beautifully boozy, it’s a cheeseboard with something different at every turn.
Each cheese is carefully selected, hand-cut and wrapped by us.

What's Inside
What's Inside
Alp Blossom — approx. 250g
With the aroma of mountain meadows and a sweet, gentle flavour, Alp Blossom is a real showstopper. Its rind is coated with a colourful mixture of Alpine flowers and herbs, making it every bit as beautiful as it is delicious.
Stichelton — approx. 250g
Boldly rich and creamy, with notes of sweet caramel and deep umami. Made with raw cow’s milk using traditional methods, Stichelton is one of Britain’s great blue cheeses.
Cornish Yarg — approx. 250g
Creamy with a gently crumbly core and wrapped in hand-picked nettle leaves, which form its distinctive lace-like rind. Its name comes from cheesemaker Alan Gray – Yarg being Gray backwards.
Langres — whole cheese
A wonderfully soft washed-rind cheese from the Langres plateau between Champagne and Burgundy. Its distinctive orange rind surrounds a creamy centre with a gently fruity, savoury and slightly boozy character.

Keep refrigerated. For the best flavour and texture, take your cheese out of the fridge around an hour before serving and allow it to come up to room temperature.
Keep individual cheeses wrapped between servings and return them to the fridge afterwards.
