Stonebeck Wensleydale

The milk for this cheese comes from a herd of just fifteen Northern Dairy Shorthorn cows, a rare breed native to the Yorkshire Dales. They graze traditiona wildflower meadows and pastureland.

Handmade by Andrew and Sally Hattan this cheese is an expression of the farm and place: soft and creamy with long, complex and layered flavour.

Keep refrigerated and wrapped in the paper provided. For the best flavour and texture, take your cheese out of the fridge before serving and allow it to come towards room temperature. Rewrap any remaining cheese carefully and return it to the fridge.
