Handmade by The Swaledale Cheese Company this is the smoked version of their Farmhouse cheese. It’s oak smoked for 8 hours, infusing a richness and depth in flavour which is supplemented by a delicate smoked flavour.

Keep refrigerated and wrapped in the paper provided. For the best flavour and texture, take your cheese out of the fridge before serving and allow it to come towards room temperature. Rewrap any remaining cheese carefully and return it to the fridge.
