Bottom Tier — Baron Bigod 1kg
Made by Jonny Crickmore at Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk, Baron Bigod is a Brie de Meaux-style soft cheese: rich, earthy and creamy with complex, lingering flavours.
Second Tier — Colston Bassett Stilton 1.1kg
Made by one of the country’s smallest Stilton producers, Colston Bassett Dairy has been making cheese in the Vale of Belvoir since 1913. Smooth and creamy with savoury depth and the characteristic richness of a beautifully made Stilton.
Third Tier — Brillat-Savarin 250g
Made in Seine-et-Marne, France, this indulgent triple-cream cheese has a delicate bloomy rind and an exceptionally soft, almost whipped texture, with fresh crème fraîche and lemony flavours.
Top Tier — Dorstone 180g
Made by Neal’s Yard Creamery in Herefordshire, Dorstone is a turret-shaped goat’s cheese rolled in edible vegetable ash. Bright and citrusy when young, it develops a delicate mould-ripened rind and greater depth as it matures.
