A classic sheep’s milk cheese from La Mancha in Spain. Firm and beautifully savoury, with characteristic notes of sweet almond and rich lanolin.
Third Tier — Chaource 500g
A soft, bloomy-rinded cheese from the Champagne region of France. Fresh and lactic when young, with crème fraîche flavours that become richer, more buttery and vegetal as the cheese matures.
Top Tier — Dorstone 180g
