Tracklements Fruit Cheese

Made by Tracklements in Wiltshire, England, in small batches using traditional recipes. These concentrated fruit preserves balance sweetness and tang to complement everything from delicate soft cheeses to mature blues.

All three flavours are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and are gluten free.

Quince: quince (49%), raw cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice.

Damson: damsons (49%), raw cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice.

Spiced Pear: raw cane sugar, pears (32%), Bramley apples, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: citrus pectin, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Follow the jar label for storage instructions after opening. Best before: see lid.
