Willie’s Cacao Chocolate Truffles

Made by Willie’s Cacao in Devon, England, using single estate cacao. These chocolate truffles combine hazelnut praline with milk chocolate and sea salt, or dark chocolate and Marc de Champagne.

Milk Chocolate & Sea Salt
Suitable for vegetarians. Contains MILK and HAZELNUTS. May contain traces of other nuts. Free from soya and gluten.

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, HAZELNUTS (24%), MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, HAZELNUT oil (0.8%), sea salt (0.7%).
Cocoa solids: 44% minimum. Milk solids: 21% minimum.

Marc de Champagne
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Contains HAZELNUTS and alcohol. May contain MILK and traces of other nuts. Free from soya and gluten.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, HAZELNUTS (22%), cocoa powder, HAZELNUT oil (4%), Marc de Champagne (3%), cocoa butter.
Dark chocolate cocoa solids: 72% minimum.
