This small, soft cow’s milk cheese from Norfolk is a gentle nod to the French classic St Marcellin. Delicately wrinkled and beautifully matured, it delivers a rich, buttery flavour paired with an irresistibly light and creamy texture.

The cheese features an intentionally thin mould rind, which allows natural wild moulds—such as blue, green, or grey spots—to develop during maturation. These moulds are completely safe to eat and have no negative impact on the cheese’s flavour.
