Tracklements Relishes & Jellies

Made by Tracklements in Wiltshire, England, in small batches using traditional recipes. A selection of fruity relishes and jelly, chosen to complement cheese and add flavour to everyday meals.

All three flavours are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Sticky Fig Relish: figs (42%) (figs, rice flour), spiced vinegar (cider vinegar, cloves, allspice, black peppercorns, cinnamon), water, muscovado sugar, raw cane sugar, chillies, cinnamon.

English Crabapple Jelly: crabapples (46%), raw cane sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: citrus pectin.

Fresh Chilli Jam: raw cane sugar, red peppers (40%), cider vinegar, onions, red chillies (9%), concentrated lemon juice, garlic purée, sea salt.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate the Sticky Fig Relish and Fresh Chilli Jam after opening. For English Crabapple Jelly, follow the storage instructions on the jar. Best before: see lid.
